Great location near NY Penn Station, Macy's, and restaurants. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and helpful staff.

we couldn't believe the amazing location of Pennsylvania, right across from Madison square garden and Penn station. Our room was clean and well furnished, and the continental breakfast provided by the restaurant-store across the street was decent. For a few extra dollars, we enjoyed a delicious fresh breakfast sandwich. the convenience and quality of the breakfast were a pleasant surprise.

The staff at this centrally located hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and all necessary amenities. The daily housekeeping ensured cleanliness, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from Madison Square Garden and conveniently close to all subway lines.
The outdated electrical outlets in the room, which felt a bit unsafe and in need of an upgrade.

The room was filthy, with a falling-apart bed and dirty carpet. I'll never stay here again.
